This 1,700 sf single family house sits on a ridge and has magnificent western and eastern views that go for miles. The house is oriented to follow the views and window shadings are maximized  to prevent heat build up within the house in summer and allow solar heat gains in the winter.

This is a new hybrid project.

The shell will be manufactured, the 3 bedroom, two bath layout with double height space in the living room will be a completely custom built out.
